Pork with chipotle and pineapple
Ingredients:
- 1 can of San Marcos Chipotles (215g)
- 3 or 4 slices of San Marcos Pineapples with Syrup (in triangles)
- 1 cup Syrup
- 600g Pork Tenderloin (small cubes)
- 1 cup Tomato Puree
- 1/3 Chopped Onion
- Salt and Pepper
- Oil
Instructions:
01. Season the pork and lightly fry it with some oil.
02. Blend the chipotle with the puree, onion and syrup.
03. Add some sauce and let it boil until cooked.
04. Add the pineapple and let it season.
San Marcos tip: If you want a sweeter taste, add 2 more slices of pineapple.
