Vegetable tortilla
Ingredients:
- 2 cans of San Marcos Carrots and Peas (225g)
- 1 can of San Marcos Sliced Jalapeños (215g)
- 2 Tbsp Parsley
- 1 Cooked Potato (in squares)
- 10 Eggs
- Oil
- ¼ cup Milk
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
01. Whisk the eggs with milk and season.
02. Fry it in a pan with oil at low heat.
03. Add the vegetables and jalapeños.
04. With a spatula, form the tortilla and wait until fully cooked. .
05. Flip it and serve.
San Marcos tip: You can also add ham.
